We have a quarterly journal, that is recognized by the library of congress, and 20 thousand dollars in annual scholarships. We also have many state chapters with their own meetings and conferences to add to the benefits of membership! No one knows all that you go through in one days as a nursing administrator....no one knows the stress, struggles, long hours, putting out fires all day long, meeting the needs of the residents, family members of the residents, staff, co workers, consultants, and inspectors, all coming to the nurse leader for the answers. No one knows what this is like except another nurse administrator or NADONA. We walk the walk and talk the talk... we Support, educate, confide, console, and nurture when needed. WE UNDERSTAND... WE ARE NADONA!!!! WE ARE SURVIVORS!!
