What supplements should every woman in consider taking? 🤔 (These are great to be used with or without hormone therapy. 🤌🏻)
☑️ Pregnenolone: This is a precursor hormone that will help support & bolster your body’s natural hormone production (DHEA, progesterone, testostēronē, & estrogen). Safe to take with or without HRT!
☑️ Vitamin D3 + K2: Vitamin D is absolutely essential for hormone synthesis. Also incredible for mood, brain health, bone health, and overall hormone support.
☑️ Iron: If your ferritin or iron is low, I would highly recommend supplementing with iron. We recommend ferrous bisglycinate paired with vitamin C. Also great for thyroid support!
☑️ Magnesium Glycinate: Incredible for sleep, anxiety, digestion, cognitive function, and nervous system support!
☑️ Bonus: L-theanine: If you are struggling with insomnia, anxiety, anxiety related symptoms, or elevated cortisol, I would definitely recommend adding L-theanine to your daily routine. 🙏🏼
As a general rule of thumb, supplements are great for managing mild symptoms, but if you are taking multiple supplements a day and still aren’t getting full relief, this might be your sign that it’s time to explore hormone therapy to help get your body back on track! 🥹🫶🏻

Hi girls! 🤗 Kaylyn here! I am hosting a hormone health Q&A on our FB stories tonight (Wednesday) starting around 7pm EST. The question box is still live on my IG story, feel free to come ask me your questions! We will be discussing all things perimenopause, menopause, HRT, etc. 🫶🏻
If your doctor keeps telling you that your thyroid labs are ‘normal’ even though you feel like 💩… keep watching!! 👀
Most providers do not run comprehensive thyroid labs, and the ones that do are probably only referencing the standard lab ranges and slapping a gold star on your results. 🙄
Common symptoms of low or suboptimal thyroid function include…
👉🏻 Chronic fatigue & low energy
👉🏻 Unexplained weight gain or difficulty losing weight
👉🏻 Brain fog & poor concentration
👉🏻 Depression or low mood
👉🏻 Anxiety
👉🏻 Hair thinning or loss
👉🏻 Dry skin, hair, & nails
👉🏻 Feeling cold all the time
👉🏻 Constipation or slowed digestion
👉🏻 Muscle weakness, aches, or joint pain
If any of this sounds familiar, save this video & compare your most recent labs to the ranges above. And if your doctor won’t run a comprehensive thyroid panel… we will. 🫶🏻

If you’re in or menopause & you’ve never heard of pregnenolone… THIS VIDEO IS FOR YOU! 👀
Pregnenolone is hands down one of the most underrated hormone support supplements available, and I genuinely cannot understand why more healthcare providers aren’t talking about it. 🤔
Pregnenolone is known as the ‘mother hormone’ because it is a precursor to all of your other hormones (DHEA, progesterone, estrogen, & test) This means that instead of just masking your symptoms, pregnenolone actually helps your body produce more of its own hormones. 🤌🏻
Pregnenolone can help with symptoms such as…
☑️ Poor sleep & insomnia
☑️ Bloating & fluid retention
☑️ Mood swings & irritability
☑️ Anxiety
☑️ High cortisol
☑️ Poor memory & brain fog
☑️ Histamine flares & sensitivities
☑️ Progesterone intolerance
☑️ General hormonal imbalance
What makes pregnenolone especially exciting is that it is available over the counter in the US, and it is generally considered safe for most women… including those who cannot take HRT for medical reasons. 🫶🏻

If you’re in or menopause and it feels like your body is completely falling apart... low T might be to blame! 👀😩
FYI: We find that our patients feel their best when their free T is at least 3.0 pg/mL or higher. Anything less than this would be considered suboptimal and you are provably feeling it! 🫠
Most providers will completely overlook T when it comes to comes to perimenopause & menopause symptom management, despite the fact that our bodies produce more T on a daily basis than estrogen.
This post contains an incredibly comprehensive list of red flag symptoms we hear from our patients that could be indicative of low T, even if your lab results look ‘normal.
T is one of the first hormones that starts to decline during perimenopause, & low T impacts so much more than sęxual health. It can impact so many different aspects of our identity, our well being, and our relationships. And these symptoms deserve to be addressed. 👏🏻
Do any of these symptoms resonate with you? 🥹
