A few days ago the Cincinnati Mls system had a cyber attack. With that it means anything we would do in our system as Realtors, we no longer have access to. Sales, sold we can’t run comps or enter listings. Most importantly the search portals we have set up for you no longer works, you may have noticed they just stopped no more emails appear. As for myself as an agent, this was like the stock market, I visited our system a few times a day. Fellow agents and the Cincy Mls have been struggling to find another way to assist everyone in finding a way to market your properties. I’m so proud of our local real estate community, we are strong and active in making this work. We have a place as agents where we can still see what’s listing on the market right now. So if you are just now reading this or learning about it, please know I am still searching for properties. I have been selling real estate for over 20 years and I definitely know the market. Stick with local agents right now who actually know your market and can comp your home with actual sales based on experience… until then we will be tag me in houses you see or want to see or simply call me 513-490-6398
