While I’ll still see families occasionally for home visits, today is my last day seeing clients in this office space and I am feeling reflective. 💕

Snow is falling outside, but it’s warm in here. Just like I hope it’s been for those that have sat on this couch over the past several years. I built this space with so much intention: to feel safe, welcoming, and calm in the middle of what can be a really chaotic season of life.

As I am begin to pack up I am reminded of the countless conversations, tears, laughter, challenges and tiny victories.

Feeling deeply grateful for the families who trusted me here and optimistic about what’s next.🤍

The dad journey is filled with joys, challenges, and constant growth.

Too often, dads are left out of the conversation. We pairing up with Purposeful Path Counseling to shift that narrative.

Our new Dads’ Circle is a therapist-facilitated program designed for dads of children aged 0–5. This five-week, cohort-based series creates a unique opportunity to build meaningful connections with fellow dads who are also navigating the early years of parenthood.

In this welcoming space, fathers can reflect on their experiences, exchange advice in a supportive and non-judgmental environment, and add some tools to their parenting toolkit.
