Masks Of The Soul

Fine Arts and ceramic Artist. I sell mixed media art and handmade jewelry and other crafts. I also take commission work for those who want an unique art piece or painting. I received my formal art education at Moore College of Art and Design In Philadelphia where I was planning on majoring in textiles. Life happened and I finished my art degree at Mount Saint Joseph College(University) with a BFA and a concentration in ceramics. I was born and raised in Virginia and transplanted to Cincinnati, Ohio in 96'. I have shown my art in several local Cincinnati galleries. I have had a few art shows at a coffee shop. I have participated in one art festival. I have written a few articles for City Beat on some local Cincinnati artists. I have illustrated a children's book. Currently I am taking a 6 week art class to help me push my boundaries and be more daring as an artist. I'm also taking a year long class that features different artists who teach us how to use color in still life or make prayer flags etc. or the past 6 weeks I have been experimenting with mask making, making jewelry out of paperclay and using really cool molds where I make witch runes, bookmarks, brooches, earrings and necklaces.
