Early in my career I would often respond to an interview question with “wow, that’s a great question”. In retrospect, not a “great answer”. I now have answers to what I think might be an objection to my background either personally or professionally. I’ve rehearsed them. What are your objections and what are you doing to prepare for them?

* Good Things in Small Packages *

The ideal team size is between 4 and 9. A team of this size can move quickly, make decisions rapidly, and get stuff done with remarkable productivity. Bigger teams produce more communication hurdles. Smaller teams enjoy more fluid and spontaneous communication.
