good grief retreat 🙂🙃

coming home from the hospital without jude was one of the hardest things we’ve ever done; something that felt impossible in such an obvious, gut-wrenching way. alongside that was our attempt to be present for our daughter, going back to work, to “live our lives” as if everything hadn’t changed. somewhere along the way, we realized just how hard it was to find space to let ourselves really grieve, to be honest and unfiltered with the reality of what we were carrying.

that’s what we’re hoping to create here: a supportive space for fellow parents who have experienced pregnancy or infant loss to step away from the nonstop juggling of everyday life and reconnect—with themselves, and with others who understand.

the inagural day-long retreat will include both small and large group sessions, led by a mix of licensed professionals and loss parents who are walking this road too. we’ll also have time set apart for movement, nature, and quiet moments.
