Technical Scrum Master (Development experience required)

HYBRID (two to three days per week in office)

We are looking for an experienced Agile Scrum Master who is energetic and has passion for new technologies and transforming existing applications to new architectures. To excel in this position, you need the following skills:

3-5+ years of Scrum Master experience
3-5+ years of Development experience (front-end, back-end or full stack)
Knowledge of agile software development life cycle
Lead the scrum team in using Agile methodology and scrum practices
Scrum Master Certification in SAFe, Scrum.org, Scrum Alliance or comparable industry recognized Scrum certification
Ability to facilitate Agile ceremonies such as Daily Stand-ups, Iteration Planning, System Demos, and Iteration Retrospective
Ability to drive relentless improvement through use of standard industry methodologies
Experience in working with customers to write stories and user acceptance criteria
Ability to influence sound business and technical acumen as well as achieve buy-in or delivery strategies
Experience working with traditional use case-based analysis of business processes
Help build a productive environment where team members own the product and enjoy working on it
Not easily frustrated with ambiguities
Candidate must have strong interpersonal skills: collaboration, negotiation, and conflict management skills
Candidate must have strong communication skills written, oral, and presentation
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, or equivalent work experience

MDS Nurse Job Description

Offering up to a $5,000 sign-on bonus!

Starting wage up to $37/hr.
(Wage includes experience consideration and shift differentials.)

Consistent 40-hour-per-week scheduling Monday through Friday with on-call evening and weekend rotation.

Ensure that the care is completed for each health care resident in a timely manner according to state and federal guidelines.
Previous MDS experience preferred but we are willing to train.
Must be RN or LPN licensed in the state of Indiana.
