We’re celebrating Jeff Moore's 15-year anniversary with Gilman Partners. Over the years, Jeff has become an integral part of how we operate, bringing a thoughtful, thorough approach to research and sourcing while continuously finding new ways to improve how we work.

His impact goes far beyond any one role. From leading our sourcing and research efforts to supporting technology, data, and internal processes, Jeff helps keep everything running smoothly. He’s someone our team relies on, not just for his expertise, but for his willingness to jump in, solve problems, and support others whenever needed.

Jeff also plays a big role in shaping the culture at GP. Whether it’s sharing an important day in history, keeping his candy jar stocked, or simply being someone people trust and enjoy working with, he makes our team stronger in ways that go well beyond the work itself.

Gilman Partners recently led a search with Proximo to recruit their next Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Manager. We’re excited to share that Rob Moore has accepted the role.

Rob brings a thorough EHS background, proven leadership experience, and a people-first approach to safety. His ability to build trust on the shop floor, connect with his team, and lead with clarity makes him an exceptional match for Proximo’s culture and commitment to balancing growth with stability.

Gilman Partners recently led an exciting search for Gorman Heritage Farm’s new Executive Director. From the onset, Ryan made a strong impression by so clearly and authentically connecting her passion for environmental education and community agriculture to the mission of Gorman Heritage Farm.

Her love for and direct experience with farming, the environment, education, and sustainability, along with her evident leadership skills, make her the right person to lead the organization. We couldn’t be more excited to see what Ryan Mooney-Bullock and the great team at Gorman Heritage Farm will accomplish together.
