Hey Charley Hartmann … you’re still pouring into me, even though you’re gone… and I am beyond grateful for that.

On the 2 year anniversary of his death.. there was a singular passage of scripture attached to the last day of a devotional plan I was reading… it made me cry, laugh, shake my head, and pray with sincere gratitude in less than 5 minutes. My heart needed this sweet reminder from the Lord this morning. (Picture in comments below)

I’m down on vacation in North Myrtle Beach, so I decided to get up and catch the sunrise, and what a beautiful morning it was. After doing some praying, meditating, reading, reflecting and observing the glory of God in His Creation… I decided to record an impromptu version of this song I wrote for Charley the day I found out he died.
