Holistically Restored

I’ve never been this blunt, but I’ve challenged myself to be as direct as possible. I am not the coach (and we are not the coaching company) for you if you align with slide 2.
For a long time, I tried to coach as many people as possible but learned that not every client matches with my coaching style. I also can’t be everyone’s coach. My style, my format, my pace, etc. work best for specific type of people and that was a hard lesson to learn.
Coaching mentors will tell you to be super niche which would lead me into
- female, 28-50 years old, fertility support, cycle regularity, thyroid support, period support, perimenopause support, fat loss.
But we work with plenty of fantastic clients who don’t fit into that description.
Menopause, aging, marathon runners, weekend warriors, men, etc. who posses the characteristics in slide 3. That’s why we can’t rule out anyone just because of their demographics…it’s the characteristic and the WILLINGNESS to learn that we connect over.
So whether you’re our “ideal” demographic or you’re the perfect match in slide 3, come on in..the water’s fine.😆😅
Before your next crash out, remember these three things.
I speak from a long history of crashing out over my health:
Thyroid antibodies going up
Gut test results showing parasites
Hormone fluctuations
The difference between them and now is I don’t freak out which has suspiciously made everything more stable 🤔
Our mindset will make or break us and after choosing the “make” side, everything is much better.
Anything I missed? Any other tips we could all try?

Details on what I’ve done:
As a teenager, I was out on birth control to “fix” my periods. In my 20s, I realized I wasn’t fixing anything; rather, I was masking. So I worked hard to improve my health and was in a much better state of health because of it.
Before having my daughter, I had gotten to a point of asymptomatic periods. Easy, nothing to complain about (again, this was due to the efforts I put in and continuing to educate myself on best practices for me).
Postpartum, my periods were not easy🤣 heavy, migraines, bloat…just all the yucky stuff.
Ran my lab work, made a plan and stuck to it. I saw I wasn’t getting rid of estrogen properly and had low ferritin. Both of these are enough to cause my symptoms.
I dialed in my vegetable intake and focused on cruciferous vegetables to help bind up estrogen to get out easier.
Supplements specifically for this:
Calcium d glucarate
Betaine Hcl & pepsin
Optiferin -C
NAC
Vitex
Vitamin C
Other support that can be used in a strategic way w/ dosages:
Saffron
Chamomile
Curcumin
Black cumin seed
My low tox lifestyle has been in place for years so although that wasn’t “new,” it was still a vital part in supporting me as well.
Supplement recommendations vary, but this is what I found helped me this time around. This is what we do with clients. Get results, make a plan (continue to monitor) and help you succeed.

The toughest lesson I have learned in my quest to be healthy is that trying to do it all will leave you with crumbs of what you want.
Trim the fat by saying no to things that don’t make you healthy and happy and then see how it all clicks.
And the other truth is that this looks different for everyone which is why we offer free discovery sessions to talk about what your roadmap would look like. No cookie cutter coaching.. a clear plan for you and YOUR ideas of health.

It’s nice to slow down and appreciate the good Mothers in this world. I hope and pray I fulfill this duty to my family. I also hope every woman who wants this title, gets it 💕🌷💗
Thank you to my husband who loves me in a way that allows me to be the mom I want. It’s true that he helped me become a mom, but he also encourages me to be the mom I am😍
