We're looking for someone who actually likes working hard, being outside, and has the desire to become the best version of themselves.

We install and repair tennis, pickleball, and basketball court surfaces. This is not boring work, and no two days are the same.

What you’ll be doing:
• Applying coatings, fixing cracks, and installing nets
• Working with a small crew on real job sites
• Using tools, staying active, and seeing results at the end of the day

What we’re looking for:
• Shows up on time, works hard, no excuses, positive attitude
• Pays attention to details (this isn’t sloppy work)
• Can lift, move, and handle physical work
• Has a valid license + reliable ride
