….. Ah, back in the old covered wagon days — now listen here, young’uns. A simpler time! A harsher time! When kids walked five miles uphill both ways through snow up to their eyeballs, barefoot! Barefoot, I tell ya! And when the ice got slick, they wrapped barbed wire round their little ol’ feet just to keep from slidin’ straight back down to Grandma’s for biscuits.
