NOW HIRING: RESTAURANT MANAGER
Location: DirTy BreakfasT – 10981 Hamilton Ave, Cincinnati, OH 45240
Hours: Full-Time | Must be flexible, including weekends and holidays

As the owner of DirTy BreakfasT, I am personally seeking a dependable, experienced, and highly motivated Restaurant Manager to join our team and help lead our fast-paced kitchen and front-of-house operations. This is a hands-on leadership role, not a behind-the-scenes position.

Qualifications Required:
• Minimum 2 years of management experience in a high-volume restaurant
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, train, and hold staff accountable
• Ability to manage scheduling, inventory, food and labor costs
• Must be ServSafe certified or willing to obtain certification upon hire
• Excellent customer service and conflict-resolution skills
• Proven ability to multitask and maintain composure under pressure
• Knowledge of food safety, cleanliness, and health code compliance
• Tech-savvy with POS systems, staff management apps, and digital reporting
• Must be reliable, organized, and results-driven

Duties Include:
• Overseeing daily operations, opening and closing procedures
• Ensuring exceptional food quality and customer experience
• Hiring, training, and supervising front and back-of-house staff
• Monitoring costs, managing labor, and maximizing efficiency
• Enforcing company policies, maintaining a clean and professional environment
• Communicating effectively with ownership to meet business goals

Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience + potential bonuses.
