A friendly reminder before you hire a real estate agent.

Don’t choose an agent based only on the best sales pitch or the lowest commission.

Ask them this simple question:

“Will you personally handle my transaction from start to finish?”

You might be surprised by the answer.

Some agents are excellent at getting listings, but once you’re under contract, your file is handed off to a team member or transaction coordinator, and the agent who promised you great service is nowhere to be found.

There’s nothing wrong with having a team. But your agent should still be involved, available, and accountable throughout the transaction.

I personally stay with my clients from the day we meet until the day escrow closes. I answer questions, communicate with all parties, help solve problems, negotiate when needed, and make sure my clients never feel like they’ve been passed around.

Buying or selling a home is too important to feel like just another file.

Choose an agent who will be there when it matters most.
