In 1999, Tim earned his Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology from Alliant International University (Los Angeles Campus). s of health care experience, including 10 as a civilian: County of Orange Health Care Agency, Kaiser Permanente, Medical Data International, HealthCare Partners Medical Group; and 10 as an active duty service member (rank of Major) within the United States Army Reserves as a Research Psychologist: Army Reserve Medical Command, Walter Reed Army Institute of Research, the United States Military Academy.
