Recruiting SubStation in Chicopee, MA located on Westover Air Reserve Base supporting the manning and personnel readiness requirements of the Marine Corps Reserve by recruiting qualified Marines from the Active Duty Component and Inactive Ready Reserve to fill Select Marine Corps Reserves, Individual Mobilization Augmentee, and Active Reserve billets for Marines in the Northeast.

(for Sgts and above we have another option called the IMA program.)

(Prior ACTIVE Marines thrive in the reserves. Don't be afraid it's 39 days a year and non obligated. Try it before you count yourself out)

(we dont touch your GI BILL and You will only lose a small portion of your VA disability...example if you get 1000 per month you will pay back 33 per day of RESERVE duty)
