I’ve had many DM’s, texts and calls the last two days with many of you excited to book a facial with me. I wanted to chat about what life’s looking like now that I’m back at it!

As I ease back into work I’m trying really hard to honor my boundaries and work / life balance. I truly love what I do and I adore you guys so much that I never ever want to say no. Being a new mama I’m taking savoring the moment seriously (my 2026 word of the year!!) and want you to know what I’m in the treatment room with you, I’m 100% present and happy to be there with you! To achieve that, balance and boundaries baby 👏🏻

I’m starting back with a more limited schedule and due to that, *I’m not able to take on new clients at this time*.

I deeply appreciate how many of you that have reached out with excitement to book (and I hate to say no!!!), but I can’t stretch myself too thin right now. Luckily, my suite mate Ally is accepting new clients for facials at this time! Body By Ally

Kind reminder that so much can change in a week, a month, year. If you told me last New Year’s Eve what the next year would unfold… there’s no damn way I would’ve believed you!

Last year I spent NYE alone, crying & watching S*x in the City. I had hit rock bottom and felt confused as to why life felt so hard. I could’ve wallowed, but instead I took that pain to focus on myself and pivot. I turned to journaling, getting back into therapy and asking for help. When I focused that energy into healing myself, my life turned around. Not only was I able to dig myself out of a deep depression, but I was able to heal my relationship with Cory. I have never been more in love with life, more fulfilled with my relationships and excited for what’s to come!

If you’re currently feeling like you’re at rock bottom please remember that tomorrow is a new day. You deserve to be happy and I really believe that’s possible for you. 🧡
