ive Nutrition (IIN) in September of 2012 to become a Holistic Health Coach. Because I had dozens of food sensitivities as a young child, I have been fascinated by food and nutrition for decades. Attending IIN also helped me to understand how much "primary foods" (such as relationships, career, exercise, finances) influence your health. Taking both primary and secondary food into account, I work predominantly with women to support them in attaining optimal digestion, healthier skin and increased energy. Massage Therapy: I have over 780 hours of training as a Massage Therapist and specialize in Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, Sports Massage & Myofascial Release. I have had a series of unique and special job experiences. From the luxury spas of Aspen, CO to a health institute that specialized in rehabilitation and maintenance for professional athletes, to a Chiropractic and Acupuncture clinic in San Francisco, my work has helped me to be a well-rounded and uniquely experienced practitioner. In October, 2010 I moved back to Chico and in April, 2011 I took the opportunity to launch my own private practice here in this wonderful community. I am so blessed to have such wonderful clients!
