We are looking for an organized file clerk to maintain client files and complete miscellaneous office tasks. You will organize paperwork according to an established filing system and digitalize all important documents. You will create and update files. A file clerk must be organized and possess and in-depth understanding of confidentiality and data protection. The ideal candidate will be skilled with computers, is detail oriented, can manage their time well, and thrives in a self-managed environment.

This is an entry level position. Candidate will be on a 90-day probation period with a review upon completed of the 90 days. If you are looking to get your foot in the door and gain office experience, this is a great opportunity!

Responsibilities:

-Review incoming paperwork and make copies before distributing

-Sort all paperwork alphabetically and according to content, date, significance, etc.

-Create/update records

-Store all paperwork in designated places, securing important documents

-Enter paperwork into an electronic system either by date entry or scanning

-Accurate data entry for billing purposes

-follow policoes and confidentiality requirements to safeguard data and client information

-Monitor inventory of office supplies

-Prepare enclosure letters

-Prepare documents for recording with the appropriate County

-Prepare miscellaneous forms and logs

-Miscellaneous office tasks

Skills:

•Experience preferred but not required

•Knowledge of filing systems

•Proficient with using photocopier and scanner

•Proficient with Microsoft Word

•Good command of the English language, both oral and written
