When we began in 1984, we served pasta and pizza on red table cloths, and offered nine wines in no-stem traditional wine glasses. Six years later we moved to a cozy historic building overlooking Little Chico Creek. In 2022 we moved to our beautiful home in Downtown Chico, with a full bar. Happy Thursday Friends!
We have great Thursday Night Market specials tonight. It's hot out so cool off with one of our many "Mule" Cocktails and take $2 off!
For dinner, we have a Cafe Favorite, Chicken Saltimbocca- Tender breast medallions topped with prosciutto ham and provolone cheese, baked in white wine & served on sauteed spinach. Tonight's Thursday Night Market specials are- $2 off any of our refreshing Spritz Drinks- Aperol Spritz, Blackberry Spritz, Hugo Spritz or a Spicy Spritz. For Dinner, we are repeating our popular Mushroom Pasta we did last night- Thin strands of angel hair pasta cooked with wild morel and crimini mushrooms, garlic tossed in a creamy white sauce with ricotta, arugula and thyme. 😋🤤 Available in the dining room or the bar. Happy Saturday Friends!
We are full in the dining room tonight, but it is Happy Hour all night on Saturdays in the bar! We have a wonderful special available in both the dining room & the bar- Pork Belly! Sous vide slow cooked and the seared accompanied with fondant potatoes, herbs, asparagus and roasted beet puree
