Other modalities of treatment include Geek Therapy, Interpersonal Process Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Reality Therapy, Multicultural Therapy, and Emotion Focused Therapy. Each client receives an individually tailored treatment plan that utilizes one or an integration of techniques in order to assist them along the process of self-actualization. OUR MISSION is to promote the holistic well-being of the individuals, families, and communities within the state of Illinois by offering multiculturally competent mental health and wellness services that are both affordable and accessible. We work to foster the principles of trust, confidentiality, empathy, advocacy, respect, and dignity for our clientele; and are committed to collaborative efforts that seek to provide community resources to better assist our consumers.
