Hello my baby chefs…
For my fit group we put together a resource guide of tools to help the members find their health. If you are a personal chef that serves the SW burbs and would like to be added to the guide let me know. We are looking specifically for chefs that can prepare healthy meals (some count macros, oil would need to be measured and minimized). Or if you know of anyone it would be greatly appreciated! ❤️
