Hello everyone!
I hope you are staying warm in the Blast of the Arctic! We set a goal last year to have 5 Products to start 2026. This is a shift from our project-based origins of the company over the years. We are also starting this year, engaging with Domestic Abuse centers to provide projects and income for the women in the program. The LORD has put everything in place to fulfill all the areas of the Mission this year.

When the term "WAR" or "WARRIOR" is mentioned we immediately think of battles and "warriors" using weapons of destruction. We are building an organization where that will be the exact opposite of the definition. The LORD has positioned us to start building an ARMY OF GOOD! Below are the rankings we will build upon Nationwide. The ranking is based on Geography and Experience. As we wrap up the 1st quarter 2025 we have all of our platforms in place that are needed to support the Mission in the future. Message me if you want to be a WARRIOR!!! Entry-Level Ranks (Trainees & Early Participants)
E-1: Rising Star – A new member learning the basics of YEP Nation’s sales, technology, and leadership.
E-2: Trailblazer – Actively participating in training and contributing to initial projects.
E-3: Specialist – Gained core skills in sales, tech, or mentorship and completed foundational work.
Mid-Level Ranks (Experienced Members & Contributors)
E-4: Team Lead – Leading small teams in sales, development, or service projects.
E-5: Senior Innovator – Experienced in client interactions, product demos, and mentorship.
E-6: Leadership Apprentice – Preparing for management roles, overseeing projects, and assisting in recruitment.
