Elevated Films Chicago is a not-for-profit corporation whose primary goal is to raise awareness and promote the arts to various Chicago neighborhoods, in a way that is approachable and affordable for everyone. We will be showing independent films in an outdoor venue in various Chicago neighborhoods throughout the summer, promoting Chicago film, neighborhoods, and the arts. The net proceeds from these events will ultimately help support various arts programs and charities throughout Chicago.

Tomorrrow! is turning 30! To celebrate and help them raise funds to keep up their incredible work, we’re co-hosting a one-night-only benefit screening of the film GHOSTLIGHT, featuring a post-show Q&A with the filmmakers and cast.
GHOSTLIGHT stars Rivendell Founders Tara Mallen and Keith Kupferer and has a 99% fresh rating on Rotten Tomatoes! If you haven’t seen it yet or are excited to see it again, now is your chance to take part in a very special night.
We are such huge fans of this movie, directed by Kelly O’Sullivan and Elevated Films board member Alex Thompson, and filmed in the Chicago area. One of the best things about the Chicago film community is that we are completely spoiled by a wealth of great actors, which wouldn’t be possible without the opportunities they find at theatre ensembles like Rivendell, who constantly bring bold, original, and impactful stories to the stage, with a dedication to women’s stories and also to providing employment for women in the theatre arts.
