The Chicago Chapter mourns the loss of Tony Uzemack, Sr., MAI, AI-GRS, a respected leader in the appraisal profession. With over 35 years of experience, Tony made significant contributions as the President of Appraisal Systems LLC and a National Certified USPAP Instructor. His commitment to education and excellence earned him numerous accolades, including the John E. Shanahan Award. He served on the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation’s Real Estate Appraisal Administration and Disciplinary Board, showcasing his dedication to the profession. Tony’s legacy will continue to inspire many.
