😎 Workshop Week! 🫵🏻

‼️ We are excited to bring you two days of fun and informative workshops this summer! We invite all Yong In students and, especially, parents to join us for our Workshop Week. These hands-on sessions are a great opportunity to learn something new, connect with our community, and have fun together.

🗓️ Thursday, July 30 | 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM
🇰🇷 A Taste of Korea: Korean Cooking, Language & Culture Workshop
🧑‍🍳 Join us for an interactive workshop where you'll learn to make delicious kimbap while exploring Korean language and culture.
- Learn how to make traditional Korean kimbap
- Practice basic Korean phrases
- Discover Korean culture and traditions
- Take home your freshly made kimbap!
Workshop Fee: $20 per person (Goal: 10 participants)
All ingredients and materials are included.

🗓️ Friday, July 31 | 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM
🥋 Adult Self-Defense Workshop
😃 Build confidence and learn practical techniques to help keep yourself safe in everyday situations.
- Learn basic self-defense techniques
- Improve awareness and personal safety skills
- No prior experience necessary
FREE! (Goal: 15 participants)
Please wear comfortable clothing and athletic shoes suitable for movement.

🖊️ How do I register?
Please sign up on the registration sheet located at the school. Space is limited for both workshops, so be sure to reserve your spot early! These workshops are open to all Yong In students and family members, and we especially encourage parents to join us. Whether you're interested in learning a new skill, connecting with other families, or simply enjoying a fun afternoon together, we'd love to have you participate.
