You can’t go wrong with the timeless favorites like our Jeong classic: seared East Coast scallops resting on a bed of luscious clementine beurre blanc, beautifully complemented by spinach namul and topped with smoked trout roe.

This dish has a special history, having been a favorite that started over a decade ago at Hanbun ❤️
