Enso Karate

Nationals 2026 is a wrap! As always, we are inspired by the hard work our athletes put in all season long, using the spirit of competition to push them to new heights. We're also especially proud of how they demonstrate respect and sportsmanship on the tatami, being humble in both victory and defeat. These are the values we aim to instill throughout our community, from our beginner athletes to our most decorated champions and from our coaches and referees to our parents and friends. Thank you to AAU Karate for organizing this fun, safe, and fair event.

🥋🇺🇸 We are very excited to share that ten Enso Karate athletes will be traveling to Romania in July to compete in the 2026 WUKF World Championships as part of the AAU USA National Karate Team! 🌍🏆🇷🇴 Sensei Jay will be serving as a National Team Coach with the USA delegation. What a great honor to represent our country on the world karate stage!
