Mesirow was pleased to co-sponsor last week's 15th annual DuPage County Regional Business Outlook alongside Choose DuPage, Rathje Woodward, and Superior Ambulance. Mesirow was well-represented by Executive Chairman Richard Price, CEO Natalie Brown, Choose DuPage Board Member and COO Laura Sullivan along with senior leaders from Wealth Management, Public Finance, Institutional Sales & Trading, including Wealth Management CEO Brian Price. Brian welcomed guests before a dynamic program – including a keynote from Illinois Governor J.B. Pritzker – explored “The Road Ahead” for DuPage County and the greater Chicagoland area.

As the nation marks Veterans Day this November 11, we commemorate the service of all US military veterans now and throughout our country’s history.

As part of Mesirow’s celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month in October, we were pleased to host Andres Tapia and Adela Cepeda for a discussion around how the Latino community impacts our economy and society as well as ways the financial services industry can further develop Latino talent and leadership.

Last week Mesirow employees visited After School Matters' teen professional development program to participate in mock, interviews, networking, resume writing and more. Mesirow is proud to partner with After School Matters, which provides after-school and summer program opportunities to nearly 19,000 Chicago high school students each year.
