Outside knee pain? 👀 It might be IT Band Syndrome.
A few PT-approved moves we’d use to calm pain, build hip strength, and get you back to sport faster:

• 3-way slider lunges
• Kickstand RDLs
• Slow, controlled lateral step-downs
• Standing clamshells (runner favorite)
• Single-leg bridges + abduction
• Foam roll the TFL (not the IT band)

Hip strength = better knee control.
These are just a starting point, everyone’s different!
