Attention all parents!!! If your child is deemed eligible for special education services. The school has 60 days to implement an individualized education plan (IEP).
Understand that an IEP is a legal document that we HIGHLY ENCOURAGE you to review and READ biannually to ensure your child is receiving the appropriate services and instruction to increase their academic and social success. If you notice there are errors or the IEP is not accurately written you have LEGAL rights and power to schedule a review!
