With sports bar either closed at low capacity. Football season has has been largely devoid of the typical camaraderie and bonding beloved by fans. Fire features, heating elements and al fresco entertainment setups have become one of the most coveted outdoor amenities.

For all the challenges of a year like no other, amidst it all came a few surprising rewards. During truly difficult times the patience and support of the customers we serve, and the resilience and commitment of our team, enabled finding a way even when it seemed impossible.
We’re genuinely thankful that our industry has shown remarkable strength, but it’s no mystery why that is. Our customers seized the opportunity to make the most of outdoor spaces. We’re all spending more and more time at home, and we’re honored to help you make the most of it.
It hasn’t been easy. COVID has impacted supply chain challenges that won’t disappear with a New Year – like many businesses we’ll be dealing with them for months to come.
We take genuine pride in our ability to meet deadlines, but the pandemic has tested us in ways we never imagined. You can always count on our best, but the reality is we’ll continue to be confronted with many things beyond our control such as materials unavailable or shipments delayed.
Although supply issues and safety protocol has delayed projects for months, our promise is to move heaven and earth to make every deadline when possible.
I’m committed to our team that makes it possible and will continue hiring and training people that have been laid off in other industries. Every step of the way keeping our team safe and healthy – miraculously, we haven’t missed a day and they haven’t missed a paycheck.
While 2021 offers hope there is no doubt it may be a rocky road in the short term. We’ll continue to give you our best efforts, keep you informed, prioritize safety and exceed your expectations.
