Happy as a clam with this weekend’s special: Spaghetti alle vongole con bottarga.
Fresh Manila clams, generously shaved bottarga, and of course our fresh spaghetti. Simple clean & fresh. In Sicily, you’ll see bottarga from tuna, but this uses bottarga from mullet - a brinier and brighter type of bottarga and a specialty of Sardegna. Think of it as a seafood version of parmigiano.
