Kim Fisher keeps me busy with things to celebrate including her most recent promotion to AVP of Search!!! On top of Kim exceeding the goals we set for her, the goals she sets for herself, and blowing all company records out of the water, this is Kim's second promotion of the 2021 year and third promotion since the beginning of COVID when Kim joined the Accounting and Finance team. She does it all with grace, gratitude, and grit, all while making everything she does look effortless (which we know isn't the truth because she works her toosh off constantly). Congratulations, Kim, on a well-deserved and unsurprising promotion! TYTO, eat more steak tartar, and celebrate!

We value our teammates a huge amount.

During the pandemic, we not only achieved our goal of not letting anyone go, but we gave everyone raises and increased commission rates. We also "mandated" a paid week off for everyone to focus on their mental health, to relax, or to visit friends/family.

We do not have a plan to return to the office and have an office in River West that some of the team visits a few days a week because they want to (because we like each other). Fully remote is an option.

We have an established client list that keeps us very busy, but all of our team is also encouraged to get new clients. Training, mentorship, and assistance available. We have a name in the market for what we do, and you can lean on our relationships and reputation.

We offer health, dental, vision, life insurance, and parental leave. We have an unlimited PTO policy and on months that we don't have a holiday, we offer a "Buckingham Day" which is essentially a day to get extra life items done. We are "closed" between Christmas Eve and the second of January so our team can enjoy the hard work they have done all year with their family and friends without worry.

What a week at Buckingham Search! Our newest recruiter got his first "Offer Accepted" just a few short days after he started with us. Also, our teammate Kim not only got a promotion to Senior (less than a year after her last promotion) but we also surprised her by letting her know that she qualifies for the Buckingham Search "Royalty Bonus" for a company-funded vacation! Big things happening and things aren't slowing down!

First milestone of the year achieved early... so we climbed some walls! Looking forward to a productive and impactful year ahead!
