It’s been a long time since we’ve posted but we wanted to support our still-neighbor-in-spirit in spreading the word for this super cool event! Come join Sarah and Meredith from Chiarelli's Bakery at Freyja Salon for a Winter Wonderland Cookie Decorating Class! Freyja will be staying open late on Thursdays December 9th and 16th for Lincoln Square Ravenswood Chamber of Commerce's Damen at Night!

You will be provided with a kit that includes 3 vanilla bean cookies, premade and colored vanilla royal icing, and the tools to create the three designs you see above. You can either:

1. Join us for an in person class that will last approximately 45-60 minutes. Meredith will lead a step-by-step live demo. *Masks are required*

We had hoped to be able to re-open Tuesday, January 12th, but we must announce that due to staffing and other issues, we will be closed indefinitely. Cranberry Cobbler French Toast this week (only available 12/8-12/13)! brioche french toast layered with warm orange-scented cranberry compote, topped with house-made granola, & served with almond créme anglaise, & powdered sugar.

Barbacoa a la Madrugada today (only available Sunday 12/6)! three salsa roja-dipped tostadas layered with mexican braised beef, refried beans, & chihuahua cheese, topped with two fried eggs & melted chihuahua cheese, with guacamole, sour cream, & queso fesco.

Cornflake-Crusted French Toast this week! cornflake-crusted brioche french toast layered with vanilla bean pastry cream & fresh strawberries, served with house-made strawberry syrup, & powdered sugar.

Pozole a la Madrugada- only available Sunday 11/29! two fried eggs topped with chihuahua cheese, served atop tostadas, arroz blanco, & pork-white hominy-red chile stew, served with avocado, radish-cabbage slaw, salsa macho, sour cream, queso fresco, & lime.
