Thresholds Senior Vice President of Public Policy & Advocacy, Amber Kirchhoff, is in Springfield today advocating for increased funding for Housing is Recovery in the FY27 budget.
Housing is Recovery will expand access to stable housing and support services for people living with mental health conditions and substance use challenges.

This role combines clinical leadership, compassionate care, and systems-level impact — guiding psychiatric services that support people living with serious mental illness and substance use conditions.
As Medical Director, you’ll lead with a recovery-centered approach, support interdisciplinary teams, and help ensure people receive high-quality, person-centered care where they need it most: in their communities.
