Neighbors, please note that the 36th Ward Belmont Cragin office will be closed tomorrow (7/9) from 5:00 PM - 9:00 PM as we commemorate the five year anniversary of the murder of Private 1st Class Chrys Carvajal.

Our West Town office will remain open for constituent services at normal business hours, 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM. Regular hours for both offices will resume Friday, July 10th.

We continue to pray and advocate for the Carvajal family that justice will be served. Tomorrow we gather to honor the life, legacy, and service of Chrys.

[ES] Vecinos, les informamos que la oficina del Distrito 36 en Belmont Cragin permanecerá cerrada mañana (9 de julio) de 5:00 p. m. a 9:00 p. m. para conmemorar el quinto aniversario del fallecimiento del soldado de primera clase Chrys Carvajal.

Nuestra oficina de West Town permanecerá abierta para atender a los residentes en su horario habitual, de 10:00 a. m. a 7:00 p. m. Ambas oficinas retomarán su horario normal el viernes 10 de julio.

Seguimos orando por la familia Carvajal y apoyándola en su búsqueda de justicia. Mañana nos reuniremos para honrar la vida, el legado y el servicio de Chrys.
