The month of July has left me overheated, mentally & physically exhausted, *and* a weird combination of hopeful and completely terrified 😬🤷🏼‍♀️ Here’s to less chaotic August 🤞🤞🤞

I’m not normally one for resolutions, but 2023 kicked me in my ass… an ass-kicking that last pretty the entire year, but went into full, bonkers-town overdrive in just the last two weeks.

So, here’s a little pledge I’m making for myself… a pledge that will undoubtedly be helpful to many of you as well 🙏
