OUR REQUIREMENTS:

Magic Ear is looking for dedicated and innovative teachers who want to work part time or full time. The time schedule is flexible and the teacher can choose the most preferred time slot to conduct classes. Teaching is a combination of skill and art especially when it comes to small kids. Hence, we are looking for the following qualities in a prospective teacher working with us.

Should have 120-hour ESL Certification
Ability to work with young Childern
Speak English at an idiomatic level
Passion for teaching and love for children
Hold a bachelor’s degree or higher in any subject, or be a student actively pursuing a bachelor’s degree (must provide official transcript)
ESL/teaching experience would be great (Preferred/ not mandatory)
Previous experience of teaching will be an added advantage

REQUISITE TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

MAGIC EARS is an online teaching platform. Therefore, the teachers and staff are required to have the basic knowledge of internet, operating computer and windows 10 OS. They must also have access to the following infrastructure to conduct smooth classes.
A computer with a HD we**am
A work place where there are no disturbances during conduct of classes.
A headset with good microphone
Good and appropriate interest connection
Minimum upload speed of 20 mbps
Minimum download speed of at least 20 mbps

THE APPLICATION PROCESS:
Frist you will apply on the online application form and then submit it. Then you have to select one option out of two
(1) Interview demo, which is recorded by you and sent to us online.
(2) Interview live, which is done live with our employee via internet.
After this, you will be asked to give a trial demo to show case your skills in the real class room situation. Those who are selected their background check will be conducted and offer letter will be extended for further process.
