Our Community Yoga will help you strengthen and stretch your body while infusing it with vital life energy (prana). Taught in the tradition of the Sivananda Ashram lineage.
The session begins with breathing exercises (pranayama) and a Sun Salutation warm-up, followed by a series of slow postures (asanas)
The class concludes with a guided relaxation (savasana)
