A sneak peak into this downtown loft remodel I did which included the foyer hallway, master bedroom, dining room and family room. This client is one of the sweetest people I know. So appreciative and so excited throughout the whole process. This was her first condo purchase so it was really awesome to be a part of such a special part of her life. More pictures to come!

This was one of my favorite projects simply for the response I received from the client. Her excitement for the room made me feel soooo good. We used an existing sectional that I separated to be a sofa instead so I could add these 2 swivel chairs that Im sure her kids have a blast with. Plus, it allowed for a better flow from the kitchen. The leather ottomans are also great for kids so messes wipe off easily. Loved the result and functionality of this room!

How do people manage their own business and keep their social media pages up to date?? I haven't posted in a while and have so many pictures to share! Swipe for the before picture!!This was such a fun project for such a great family. We kept the existing vanity and refinished it with this amazing rich green color. We did a gorgeous marble picket tile to the ceiling with new hardware and counter. To add some warmth we added these round walnut mirrors. What a fun bathroom for the kids!!
