I’m on a pre-Mother’s Day trip with my mom (see her in my stories!) in beautiful Miami. What better but to wish healthiness and wellness to the ones you love? Love and health are probably the greatest gifts you can bestow and this place makes me feel both in abundance.

With a 70,000 square feet multi story spa - complete with climbing wall! - and cutting edge spa tech treatments, there is something for every concern.

Tomorrow is my day of Touchless Treatments - pandemic-friendly since it’s you alone with state-of-the-art equipment (therapists are nearby to make sure everything goes smoothly). (I’m going -275 degrees in cryotherapy - scared but excited. Fingers crossed.) BUT today, I chose my dose of mind-body-soul goodness at the beach.

Surprised? The sea is a natural spa. Seawater contains vitamins, minerals and amino acids that promote immunity. Red blood cells increase by 5-20% after a dip in the water. Soothing blue color and the sound of waves have a calming effect on mood. Also, beach time usually means lots of sunshine and vitamin D. Sure, has a technological advanced spa indoors, but it has a pretty amazing outdoor one as well, complete with fancy attendants, cute umbrellas, and away from crowds. Let me tell you, this wellness trip is already working its magic. I love it here! Thank you for day 1, ! 🌊
