I go through periods when I’m on this app often and when I’m not on it at all. I think it’s important to take a step back sometimes from the hustle and bustle to reground and reconnect. For me this platform seems to be a mix of my art, my personal thoughts, and my aspirations. I’m grateful to all of you who sail these seas with me. This was a bit of a wonky flow but it felt oh so good ❤️‍🔥

Wow, I really found myself getting lost in this today 🖤

It’s been awhile since I’ve shared a hoop video! I’ve still been hooping (of course) but I took a short break from filming it. Focusing on how I feel as I move instead of how it looks has been so refreshing. I think that, as artists, we can get so wrapped up in how our work is viewed and perceived and it becomes easy to loose sight of why we started creating in the first place, of what we’re trying to communicate. I 10/10 recommend disconnecting to reconnect every once in a while. Reset and recharge. I promise that you won’t regret it.🖤
