SAL de IBIZA’s Fleur de Sel is an unrefined salt harvested from the salt flats of the island of Ibiza, extracted using the power of the wind and sun. The Original Fleur de Sel is available in a gorgeous ceramic and cork salt cellar that comes in 2 sizes.

This salt pairs beautifully with our Metáfora olive oil, a cold pressed, low acidity blend from centenary and millennial olive trees. This oil is wonderful for use in a dressing or as a finishing element to your next meal.
