WED 7/15 - The Chicago Intersection Launch Party!

This project is a collaboration between Delilah’s, Goose Island Beer Co. and Whiskey Acres Distilling Co..

A little over a year ago we selected three barrels of Whiskey Acres Bourbon, vatted them and set that blend aside to rest and mingle. Previously, we selected two Single Barrels of Goose Island Bourbon County Stout – the first time this had ever been done! After the BCS had been removed from the barrels for bottling we took those two wet barrels out to Whiskey Acres in DeKalb and filled them up with the Bourbon we had made and then bottled the remainder. After six months of finishing we bottled those other two barrels of Bourbon. We are now ready to release all five at the same time!

There will be a limited number of all five bottles to purchase to take home! The sampling part of this event will be held from 4-8pm and it is free to sample and attend!
