Lunch Rush! Inspired by a place I miss dearly since moving away from Chicago: the glorious Patio Beef of Edgewater. I think I ate there one a week for about 6 years of my life. I heard they changed ownership a little bit after I moved away. I hope the new management is carrying the torch well! Going to have to stop by next time I’m in town and see for myself.
