CommunityHealth attended the CARES Community Center Groundbreaking Ceremony yesterday to support our microsite partners, Onward Neighborhood House

In the CARES Center, CommunityHealth at Onward House will expand to multiple exam rooms, a waiting area, a permanent behavioral health office, a kitchen, and become co-located with several other health organizations.

Congresswoman Delia Ramierz, Representative Eva-Dina Delgado, Representative Will Guzzardi, Senator Omar Aquino, Senator Graciela Guzman, Alderman Ruth Cruz, staffer from Alderman Felix Cardona's office, along with other Chicago leaders, were in attendance.

The new community center will impact the well-being of the Belmont Cragin neighborhood and beyond! CommunityHealth is thrilled to be part of it, and the buildout of our clinic space in the new building is made possible by Lundbeck.

Our Heath Education team member Zeneida spent her time earlier this week at the Colombian Consulate, acting as a representative of CommunityHealth! At the consulate, she distributed materials and spoke about the services CommunityHealth offers.

It was a fun and inspiring evening, and the CommunityHealth Associate Board is truly grateful to everyone who joined us and helped make the event so special.
