The RFC stands at the forefront of discerning the formative horizon of the emergent in religious life. In concert with members and collaborative partners, the Conference leads in the areas of initial and lifelong formation and the professional preparation of formators.

This week, 10 women and men religious from six congregations will gather at the Carmelite Spiritual Center in Darien, Illinois, for the summer 2026 ForMission residential session (June 3-10). Please keep the participants, presenters, mentors, and staff in your prayers as they learn, discern, and grow together.
