GP was honored to participate in the launch event for the Lujiazui Cirrus luxury residential complex on June 17. Held at the Pumei Restaurant atop the Shanghai Pudong Art Museum, the event brought together industry leaders and media to unveil the project's architectural vision.
James Zheng, CEO and president of GP, shared the design philosophy and creative approach behind the project, highlighting a vision that reimagines urban living through stronger connections between architecture, landscape and community.
Developed by Shanghai Lujiazui Real Estate Group, the Cirrus complex comprises six towers located within the Rongcheng Changyi mixed-use development in Pudong. The master plan integrates residential, office, commercial and cultural spaces into a cohesive urban destination, creating a vibrant environment where living, working and leisure coexist.
The architectural design is distinguished by a series of stepped crowns that establish a unified skyline while creating elevated outdoor terraces overlooking the Huangpu River and the iconic Lujiazui skyline. At the heart of the project is the innovative "Cloud Garden," a landscaped pedestrian bridge that connects the residential towers with surrounding urban spaces and nearby metro stations, introducing new green public spaces within one of Shanghai's most dynamic districts.
Warm-toned façade materials and generous landscape integration reinforce the project's human-centered approach, fostering a seamless relationship between architecture, nature and the surrounding neighborhood.
We look forward to sharing more updates as Cirrus continues to take shape.
